Which care regulators does CareArdent support?

CareArdent supports domiciliary care businesses regulated by CQC in England.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with no penalty. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Is my data secure?

Yes. CareArdent uses enterprise-grade infrastructure with data hosted within the EU. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

How do I update my billing details?

Email us at info@careardent.co.uk with your request and we will assist you directly.

What happens if I need help during an inspection?

Email us at info@careardent.co.uk and mark your message as urgent. We will prioritise your request.

Do you offer refunds?

For monthly subscriptions, we do not offer refunds for partial months. For one-time purchases, please contact us at info@careardent.co.uk within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied.
