Permitted use

You may use CareArdent websites and services only for lawful business purposes related to compliance readiness, quality, and administration for domiciliary care or as we expressly permit in writing. You must comply with all applicable laws and our Terms of Use.

Prohibited activities

You must not:

• Scrape, harvest, or crawl the Services or use automated tools to extract data at scale without our prior written consent;
• Use bots, scripts, or automated access to interact with the platform except through documented APIs we provide for that purpose;
• Misuse the platform — including attempting unauthorised access, introducing malware, overloading systems, or interfering with other users;
• Upload unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or infringing content, or content that violates confidentiality or data protection obligations;
• Impersonate CareArdent, another user, or any third party, or misrepresent your affiliation.

Consequences of breach

We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, and take other appropriate action if we reasonably believe you have breached this policy or applicable law. We may cooperate with regulators and law enforcement where required.
