Each provider processes data in accordance with their terms and our instructions where we act as controller.

We design our stack so that personal data is processed within the European Union and the United Kingdom, or with appropriate safeguards (such as UK IDTA / EU Standard Contractual Clauses) where a processor operates internationally.
